Hackney Empire Backstage Tour In Action
The Hackney Empire has witnessed over 100 years of history from Music Hall to World War Two bomb site, to Mecca Bingo Hall through to the present-day twenty-first century arts venue. Now you can book to take a tour through this magnificent building and stand on a stage that has seen the likes of such luminaries as Charlie Chaplin, Maria Callas and Sir Clff Richard, Russell Brand and this summer, Chuck Berry, perform.
Tours of the Hackney Empire are conducted on the first Saturday of every month.
