    To celebrate the final weekend of Rudy’s Rare Records, we're taking a trip down memory lane with Newton Dunbar, the founding manager of The Four Aces club. The Four Aces, one of London’s most famous Reggae venues, opened in Hackney in 1966. By the 1970s, the club had become a hub for West Indians, attracting people from across the UK. In its heyday, the club saw live performances from Desmond Dekker, Jimmy Cliff and Ben E. King, and was visited by Bob Marley and Bob Dylan.

The show features a live onstage band playing hits from the likes of Desmond Dekker, Toots and the Maytals, Jimmy Cliff, Sam Cooke, Sugarhill Gang and more!
