It's easy to book tickets to Hackney Empire shows and we have endeavoured to optimize online ordering on this website to make your purchasing as easy as possible.

Tickets for all Hackney Empire productions may be booked online 24 hours a day, up to one day before the performance.

Mon-Sat: 10.00am to 6.00pm (closed 1-2pm)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. Booking fees apply.
Concessions are available for senior citizens, children, full time students, disabled and unemployed for certain shows on production of the relevant ID. Accompanying wheelchair helpers are entitled to a complimentary ticket.
Groups - Party groups of 10 and over are generally eligible for an additional free ticket per every 10 purchased. Only one concession per ticket. Concessions are subject to availability. Always ask the Box Office at time of booking as we cannot offer discounts on tickets already purchased.
Exchanges and returns
Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded, unless the performance is cancelled, or the booker is a member of the Silver or Gold Friends’ Scheme.
