It's easy to book tickets to Hackney Empire shows and we have endeavoured to optimize online ordering on this website to make your purchasing as easy as possible.

Book Online
Ticket for all Hackney Empire productions may be booked online 24 hours a day, up to 1 day before the performance. You can book a specific show by looking at the production and accompanying calendar or by clcking on the BUY TICKETS button on each page.

0pen from 10.00am to 6.00pm (Mon to Sat) or until the end of the interval on performance nights. On Sunday performance days it opens at noon (telephone only). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. There is a booking fee of £1 per ticket (max £5) for telephone bookings.
Book by Post
State your preferred performance and number of tickets required and enclose cheque, made payable to: Hackney Empire Ltd. Please include your address (with postcode) and daytime contact number and send to: Box Office, Hackney Empire, 291 Mare Street, London E8 1EJ. Your tickets will be posted to you by return. If your booking is made less than 4 days prior to the performance, tickets will be held on the door for collection.
Concessions
Concessions are available for senior citizens, children, full time students, disabled and unemployed for certain shows on production of the relevant ID. Accompanying wheelchair helpers are entitled to a complimentary ticket.
Groups - Party groups of 10 and over are generally eligible for an additional free ticket per every 10 purchased. Only one concession per ticket. Concessions are subject to availability. Always ask the Box Office at time of booking as we cannot offer discounts on tickets already purchased.
Exchanges and returns
Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded, unless the performance is cancelled, or the booker is a member of the Silver or Gold Friends’ Scheme.
