HACKNEY HOME GROWN PRODUCERS CLUB
In the coming year – The Hackney Empire will be increasing its repertory of self produced productions – which we are calling Hackney Home Grown. Upcoming productions include James Sherman’s romantic comedy Beau Jest, the return of our hit Russian comedy classic – The Family (featured picture) and Trey Anthony’s Da Kink in my Hair as well as continuing to produce the most popular holiday panto in London (next year its Mother Goose) and our highly anticipated multicultural summer happening – The Spice Festival.
We are looking for support from our audiences to help finance the development of these productions. By joining the Hackney Home Grown Producers Club with a yearly membership starting at £150 – you will have the inside track on the development of these productions from viewing initial set models and costume sketches and meeting with the production and artistic teams to invites to rehearsals, acknowledgment in the programme and invites to opening night cast parties.
