The Executive Assistant is a key role at Hackney Empire, supporting, in the first instance, the Executive Director in all aspects of their work, and then as part of the wider team, helping to effectively and professionally deliver the administrative functions of the organisation.

The Executive Assistant will provide day to day organisational, planning and administrative support to the Executive Director across the many and varied areas of Hackney Empire’s work, including:

  • HR
  • Governance
  • Internal and external communication
  • Diary management
  • Policy
  • Project delivery
