Founded by Suzann McLean MBE, Y&T has launched the careers of thousands of individuals, nurturing and developing young people for stage, screen and life. This milestone event reflects on two decades of artistic excellence, providing a diverse group of children and young people with the inner-confidence and self-belief hey need to thrive. Our young artists continue to use their passion and motivation to make a positive impact on their communities, their country, and even the world. During our Gala evening, we will shine a spotlight on these remarkable individuals, both past and present, as they share their extraordinary talent and inspiring stories.

Since its inception in 2004, Y&T has operated as a not-for-profit social enterprise, providing a space for children and young people to unlock their full potential. Setting itself apart from traditional performing arts schools, Y&T empowers young individuals to find their own voice, reflect on world through their own eyes, and create work that is truly relevant to their lives. This approach has led to life-changing experiences and a lasting legacy that continues to shape the future of the performing arts.
