Key responsibilities:

Working with the Sales and Ticketing Manager and Sales and Ticketing Supervisor, the Sales and Ticketing Assistants will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Box Office operation including:

  • Ticket bookings, donations and memberships
  • Ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are delivered at all times
  • Helping to maintain the Box Office inbox and respond to queries
  • Ensuring that all company policies, including health and safety, are complied with by all staff at all times

Person specification:

  • Able to deliver very high standards of customer service in person, on the phone and online
  • A friendly character
  • A team player
  • Organised and able to prioritise and carry out several tasks during each shift
  • Able to process sales quickly in an often busy environment
  • Willingness and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • A quick learner, particularly with new software
  • Good IT and numerical skills

This is a casual, part-time role working a mixture of daytimes, evenings and weekends.
