Current projectsAre you a neurodivergent or disabled person aged 18–30 with an interest in creativity and the performing arts? Then The Studio Inclusive Theatre making programme is perfect for you!
During this programme you will:
- Attend one taster session, giving you the chance to experience the space before committing.
- Attend four weekly skills sessions followed by one week-long intensive.
- Build skills in writing, movement, design and performance.
- Develop ideas, improvise scenes and movement pieces and devise original material.
- Watch two shows at Hackney Empire.
- Perform in a relaxed sharing for friends, family and invited guests.
You will do all of this with the guidance and support of acclaimed disabled director, Hana Pascal Keegan.
Hana, is also an experienced director of accessible, inclusive spaces. Hana will be joined by a team of other artists along the way.
You must be available for the dates below to take part in this project
- Taster Session: Thu 23 Apr 11am - 5pm
- Weekly Session: Thu 30 Apr - Thu 21 May at 11am - 5pm (Every Thursday)
- Week-long Intensive: Mon 1 Jun - Fri 5 Jun at 11am - 5pm
